If I remember correctly Allison had just suggested accepting a settlement offer that would ultimately result in the revokation of Harvey's law license - the nature of this settlement offer meant that Harvey accepted blame, thereby absolving the firm of any responsibility other than, I believe, a monetary fine. Harvey wants to protect the firm by protecting himself, by proving his innocence. Her objective was to protect the firm, which did not necessarily include protecting Harvey. Not only is it infinite time and kills so all the false pressure of performing or being on a time limit goes away, but the maps and spawns just seem to work better. When I play CSGO custom DM on Mirage or Dust 2 I really rarely get frustrated because they just work better.
Its good practice for crosshair placement and movement, but I really wish they could make a new map for DM only. And the maps with these bad spawns just aren't suited for DM IMO. Like half of your owns kills are just killing people from behind. Constantly getting killed in the back or get shot from 3 different directions is frustrating.
Also as you said the spawns are just terrible. So not finding people(happens sometimes) and dying makes me more mad than it should. First its a "competition" like you shouldn't care about it, but I can't lie that I try to win as many as possible and want to be as dominant as possible. Like I know you shouldn't care about DM but I already get tilted before actual games because of it.
